Changelog: Version history and release notes for Note Pierce

  1. 1.0.2

Safer saves, smarter rhythm rounds, more themes
    • Rhythm levels now generate eligible bars from each level’s note values, like Custom rhythm drills, expanding each ten-question round from 5 fixed patterns to 16–256 possible bars.
    • Added three themes in Settings: Sunny, Green, and Aurora. Note Pierce now has 13 themes shared with Fret Craft and Tempo Kit.
    • Practice data is safer, more efficient saves and better multi-window behavior.
    • Backup import validates the file before saving and refuses malformed, unsupported, or oversized files without partially applying them.
    • Failed saves identify exactly what data did not save; later unrelated saves no longer hide the failure.
  2. 1.0.1

    Firefox listing
    • Version bump only. Firefox needed a new version number to accept the upload; nothing changed for anyone already using 1.0.0.
  3. 1.0.0

    First release
    • Six ear-training modules as ten-question drills: intervals, chord quality, scales, progressions, inversions and rhythm, each on a mastery ladder.
    • Custom drills: pick the pool, the direction, the root and the range, save a setup and come back to it.
    • Review mode with spaced repetition, and a Weak spots list that drills what you get wrong.
    • Stats: today, a four-week heatmap, and a weekly recap you can share.
    • Badges, streaks and practice reminders.
    • Six synthesized voices, plus real acoustic and electric guitar recordings with Pro.
    • Free is the first three levels of every module. Pro ($9.99, one payment) is the rest of the ladder, the full Custom drill curriculum, the guitars, and the all-time, per-module and yearly statistics.
    • Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and chromium browsers.
